SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Logan Mechanical, LLC sends text messages only to employees who have personally opted in through our internal Rexx application. Employees are presented with an SMS consent screen containing a checkbox that is unchecked by default, alongside the disclosure: “I agree to receive operational and on-call text messages from Logan Mechanical LLC at the mobile number I provide.” Consent is given by the employee's own affirmative action and cannot be granted on their behalf by management. Each consent is recorded with the employee's identity, mobile number, timestamp, and IP address, and may be withdrawn at any time from within the application.

Messages sent through this program include one-time verification codes, on-call schedule notifications, and appointment or schedule reminders. This is an internal business program. It is not a consumer-facing service and there is no public signup, as Rexx is an internal application used only by Logan Mechanical employees.

Employee mobile numbers and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
