No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who this applies to

Rexx is an internal application used only by employees of Logan Mechanical, LLC. It is not a consumer-facing service and has no public signup. This policy covers the information Rexx collects from Logan Mechanical employees.

Information we collect

Employee identity (name and role), the mobile number the employee provides on the SMS consent screen, and, when an employee opts in to text messages, a consent record containing that mobile number, a timestamp, the employee's IP address, and the exact version of the disclosure they agreed to. Rexx also stores work-related data (job, equipment, and document information) used to run the business.

How mobile numbers are used

Mobile numbers are used only to send operational text messages to employees who have opted in — one-time verification codes, on-call schedule notifications, and appointment or schedule reminders. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

How consent is recorded and withdrawn

Consent is given by the employee's own affirmative action on an SMS consent screen with a checkbox that is unchecked by default and cannot be checked on the employee's behalf by management. Each consent is recorded as described above. An employee may withdraw consent at any time from within the Rexx application, which stops messages and records the withdrawal, or by replying STOP to any message.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent information are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
